Dominic Gentile, Michael Cristalli and former Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller have announced the formation of their Nevada based law firm.
The boutique firm will focus on business transactions, privileged licensing and disciplinary matters, commercial litigation, and the representation of individuals and entities involved in government investigations. The firm will be located in Tivoli Village in Summerlin.
Gentile has 44 years of experience as a lawyer. He has represented clients both locally and internationally and is considered a formidable force in the courtroom. He has expertise in the areas of civil, criminal, securities and commercial fraud investigations and litigation. He teaches at the William S. Boyd School of Law.
Cristalli is an experienced trial lawyer and has represented clients in complex criminal, as well as corporate and civil litigation matters. He also teaches at the William S. Boyd School of Law and is a legal analyst for MSNBC.
Miller served two terms as Secretary of State for Nevada. He also previously served as a Clark County Deputy District Attorney and is currently the vice president and general counsel to Fine Entertainment Management and president of Silver Palms Group Consulting.
